Garry Francis is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cogent Consulting, LLC. Garry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He has completed the executive level leadership training from Huthwaite. Garry previously served as an advisor of Sales and Commercial Strategy with Challenger (formerly Gartner and CEB), and Miller Heiman (currently Korn Ferry) dedicated to driving exceptional growth by changing behaviors in sales, marketing, and service teams.

Garry is a Sales Executive who has a history of successfully leading dynamic organizations to deliver incremental profitable growth by building and connecting market strategies to meet customer needs. He cultivates effective relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to help organizations influence positive change. Using the latest sales techniques and tools he transforms organizational curiosity, insight, and innovation to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
